About Us
Our company Medi-Cooler Ltd. was established in 2010. It primarily dealt with the distribution of radiation protection equipment, radiation protection clothing, and radiation protection windows. Later, we participated in several more medical technology-related projects, as well as minor RF cabin renovations and door replacements on MR cabins.
Due to the increased demand and the availability of expertise, our company expanded its portfolio with the production and construction of Complete MR cabins, the professional interior design of Complete CT rooms, and the complete production and installation of Complete CT rooms in accordance with radiation protection conditions. We also took on the delivery of Hot-Cells, the complete design and construction of clean rooms with complete operating room equipment.

Copper is a great material for signalshielding. Widely used for rf cage /MRI room installations, building roof to protect out of oxidization.
There are two main installation methods of RF cage building.
First option :

Second option :

Manufacturing MRI Door with professional, scaled and standardized will guarantee the consistency and reliability of quality performance of the product. Technical door connection hinge is not only attractive, but also stable and durable. Door handles and hardware locks are fully furnished. EMI filters are widely used in applications such as MRI Rooms, Test Chambers/Shielded Rooms, Appliances, Military/Aerospace Systems and Sub¬systems, Energy Management Systems, Comput¬ers, Medical Imaging/Diagnostic/Patient Devices, and so on.
Common types Single Phase 16A, 25A, 30A, DC& AC Compatibility.
Except power line filter, feedthrough filter also available.
/////// Honeycomb Vent
Honeycomb vents use the principle of waveguide high-pass filtering to shield electromagnetic waves, that is, honeycomb vents allow electromagnetic waves higher than the cut-off frequency to pass through, while attenuating electromagnetic waves lower than the cut-off frequency.
Regular hexagonal honeycomb vents is the most mature and the most widely used in engineering.

Waveguide Tube is widely used for shielding projects, not only for shielding but also for electrical lines passing by.

Copper wire mesh is durable in many types of atmospheres. Although it is softer than a similar stainless steel wire mesh, it is also resistant to atmospheric corrosion but attacked by oxidizing agents such as nitric acid, ferricchloride, cyanides, and ammonia acid compounds.
Width can be customized, can reach to 2.5m even more wider.
Except copper mesh, brass mesh and stainless steel mesh also are available.

Copper figure gasket is made of beryllium copper alloy with electromagnetic compatibility shielding effect, which can be used to seal the gap between two contact surfaces and provide a high shielding effect.

Conductive foam is composed of conductive cloth wrapped with foam. On the outer side of the conductive cloth, there is conductive adhesive tape for easy installation of conductive foam.

Copper Tape is made of 99.95% copper foil and conductive glue. It is suitable for various electronic products such as transformers, mobile phones, computers, PDAs, PDPs, LCD monitors, and copiers. It can be used for electrostatic shielding, cable wrapping, etc. Copper foil tape is chemically resistant. Thickness and width can be customized.

Knitted wire mesh gaskets provide a cost effective solution to high shielding performance applications in the magnetic and electrical fields including EMP.
Gaskets can be either all metal knitted mesh or knitted metal mesh over an elastomeric core to allow for recovery after compression. Monel, Tin Plated Copper Clad Steel (TCS) Stainless Steel& Aluminum available. The choice of wire mesh material allows for a good galvanic match with mating flanges, thereby limiting the possibility of corrosion between gasket and flange.
